We will happily issue a refund due to change of mind or incorrect size, if the refund request is lodged within 14 days of order receipt. The garment must be returned to us in original unused condition, with tags still attached, in order to be eligible for a refund. The item must also be received by us within 14 days of the refund request.
Return parcel freight is at customers expense.
We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale.
We aim to process refunds within 7 working days, from receipt of goods.
2. Care instructions.
To extend the life of your garments, we strongly encourage you to follow the care instructions.
We always recommend using cold water to wash our Organic Cotton Garments, and to wash with like colours to prolong the clarity of their colour.
We will not accept returns on garments which are damaged as a result of not following our care instructions.
3. Sizing
Our clothing is cut to be generous. Oversized Tee's, Sweaters, and Dresses, with a regular fit at the waist, often with drawer cords for additional cinching if required. Therefore we recommend buying your child's true size, or to follow the below waist measurement as a guide. Please allow a 1-2cm tolerance in actual garments.
Our Packaging is 100% Compostable, including our shipping labels, and stickers. We do not use plastic polybags, or synthetic bag liners. Please take care when opening your parcels, as garments will be wrapped in recycled tissue paper only.
